CONDITIONS OF RETURN
1. Returned products must be in their original condition (not used), have the special markings (tabs / barcode) on them and the packaging must not have been damaged.
For this reason, when testing clothes, make sure that they do not come into contact with anything that may leave a mark or odor, for example perfumes, deodorants, smoke, etc.
2. Returned products must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (receipt, consignment note, invoice, etc.). Without the purchase document it is impossible to change any product or refund.
It is noted that all products are meticulously checked by the Company before sending your order and after any return.
- Return of incorrect or defective product
If the product delivered to you is incorrect (ie not the product of your order) or is defective, you can contact our online store within 14 days from the date of receipt, by phone 26310 50115 or email olgtsil @ gmail.com.
If the return / replacement is due to a proven mistake of the Company or due to a proven defect of the product, the costs of sending the new product or refunding your money, are borne by the Company. - Product change

- Withdrawal
The customer has the right to request the withdrawal from the contract of sale in accordance with the more specific provisions of articles 3 et seq. Of Law 2251/1994 as amended and in force.
The withdrawal period expires in 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product without giving any explanation.
